Choosing where to place a mirror
You can use a MIRROR ...
.. as an art piece to fill in a void of space on, just about any wall, but especially in an open entry, foyer or to make a grand entrance (or exit - for that final check in on your way out)!
.. above a console table
... as part of a mirror gallery wall

... as a floor mirror

How to place a mirror
Be sure to consider...
.. size
The mirror should measure shorter then the decor/furniture placed below it, so as not to overpower the space.
.. height
Measure roughly 6" or lease between the top of the furniture and the bottom edge of the mirror for accurate spacing. Also consider what eye level would be for a person of average height about 5' 6"

.. the overall style of the space and the mirror you choose.
Choose a mirror that matches the style or theme of the space where you plan to use it. Is it an antique? Is there a reclaimed wood frame? Is there a ring of tile along the outer edge? This information will help you to determine the best choice to compliment your style.
